These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (acolite.net) and services, including Dubsar (our AI executive assistant, currently in development). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

You must be 18+ to use our services. Use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not misuse (e.g., reverse engineer, overload servers).

2. Waitlist and Beta Access

Joining the waitlist grants potential early access. We may revoke access anytime. Beta features are "as is"—report bugs to info@acolite.net.

3. Intellectual Property

Our site, Dubsar, and content are owned by us. You get a limited license to use for personal needs—no copying or distribution without permission.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

Services are provided "as is." No warranties. Liability limited to $100 or fees paid (whichever less). No indirect damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms governed by New Jersey law. Disputes in Somerville, NJ courts.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms—check back. Continued use means acceptance.
